This is a set consisting of a Heavy-Duty 4 inch Base and a Falling Popper, the Base will also accept the other Falling Plates for Heavy -Duty 4-inch bases such as the 12cm Falling Round Plate, Falling Tall U.S. Popper, and Falling Classic Popper.
